Laptop Printing
Washington University in St. Louis uses a print management system called PaperCut to allow students to print from their own laptops to locations across campus. You can send print jobs using PaperCut WebPrint via your account at myprinting.wustl.edu (For directions on how to use WebPrint click here.). You can also send print jobs by sending an email to print@wustl.edu from your WashU email account.
To release your print job follow the following instructions:
- Go to the release station for the printer where you want your document to print.
- Logon to PaperCut with your WUSTL Key username and password. Do NOT use your Olin username and password!
- Your documents will be listed along with the page count and cost to release the job. Click Print to print your document. Click Cancel to cancel the job without printing. If you print the job, the cost will be charged to your quota or to your Campus Card account if your quota is gone.
Printing Quota
Printing Quota and Cost can be checked by going to http://myprinting.wustl.edu. Quotas vary for each student based on where they live (residential housing vs off campus) or which school they attend. All quotas are annual and are applied on July 1st of each year. You can check your Printing Account Balance online with your WUSTL Key username and password.
If you exhaust your provided printing quota, you can print using Bear Bucks. Visit http://card.wustl.edu/bear-bucks/ for more information.
