Add the Mailbox to Your Existing Account
- Open Outlook
- Select the File tab, then select Account Settings, and then Account Settings again.
- Highlight your Microsoft Exchange account and click Change
- Click More Settings (at bottom right)
- Click on the Advanced tab (at top)
- Click on the Add button
- Enter the mailbox name and click OK
- Click OK to close this dialog box
- Click Next, then click Finish.
Access the Mailbox Using Outlook Web App (OWA)
- Login to Outlook Web Access (http://email.wustl.edu/mail) with your WUSTL Key username and password.
- Click on your name in the upper right corner.
- In the “Open Other Mailbox” box that opens, enter the name or address or the mailbox you want to open.
- If multiple mailboxes match what you entered, you will see a list. Pick the correct mailbox.
- The mailbox will open in a new window.
