  • NM5406 jsTi1493 jsSi1623 [loxP mex-5p phiC31 sl2 mNG glh-2 3’ FRT3] IV
    • This strain expresses phiC31 and mNG in the germline and is the strain used to develop RMHE.
  • NM5641 jsSi1784 [mex-5p::FLP D5::sl2::mNeonGreen::glh-2 3′ Cbunc-119(+) attL rps-7 3′  mex-5p phiC31 glh-2 3′ FRT3] IV
    • This strain contains the RMHE-generated transgene jsSi1784 which expresses FLP, phiC31 and mNG in the germline in two adjacent transcription units. It permits performing RMCE followed by RMHE without crossing in a recombinase.
  • NM5720 jsSi1579 jsSi1822 [loxP mex-5p phiC31 sl2 mNG glh-2 3’ FRT3] II; him-8(e1489) IV
    • This strain contains a Chr II transgene that expresses phiC31 and mNG in the germline. It is useful for performing RMHE on Chr IV.
  • NM5642 jsSi1579 [loxP rpl-28p FRT GFP::his-58 FRT3] II; jsSi1784 [mex-5p::FLP D5::sl2::mNeonGreen::glh-2 3′ Cbunc-119(+) attL rps-7 3′  mex-5p phiC31 glh-2 3′ FRT3] IV
    • This strain contains both an RMCE landing site on Chr II and a phiC31 expressing transgene. It permits performing RMCE followed by RMHE without outcrossing.
  • NM5730 jsSi1726 [loxP myo-2p FRT nlsCyOFP mex-5p FLP FRT3] II; jsSi1784 [mex-5p::FLP D5::sl2::mNeonGreen::glh-2 3′ Cbunc-119(+) attL rps-7 3′  mex-5p phiC31 glh-2 3′ FRT3] IV
    • A strain for perform rRMCE in the presence of phiC31 to permit subsequent RMHE manipulations without outcrossing.
