Yonatan is an undergraduate student in the lab. He is currently learning immuno techniques and behavioral analysis, and he will ultimately assist in investigating interhemispheric fissure remodeling, genetic mechanisms regulating cortical development, and examine the cognitive function in mice and fat-tailed dunnarts.
He graduated from Metro Academic and Classical Highschool in 2024 and is currently attending St. Louis Community College for an associate’s in science. His plan is to transfer to a 4-year program (he’s hoping for WashU) and ultimately plans to become a surgeon.
Outside of the lab, Yonatan enjoys discovering and analyzing music from different cultures. He loves exploring how different traditions, instruments, and styles shape music.
