Our program engages in health services, implementation science, and biomedical research related to HIV prevention.

The program works closely with the Infectious Diseases Clinical Research Unit (ID-CRU) for our studies.

The PrEP Program at Washington University  has been involved in HPTN083.  We also have a prospective observational clinical cohort. We focus on research related to PrEP continuum of care and out-of-pocket costs for PrEP users.

Other studies we are involved in include adherence studies using urine and blood medication levels, NIH R01 PrEP implementation studies, and longitudinal studies regarding PrEP use and community surveys regarding PrEP acceptability.
