The University Compliance Office reports to the chancellor and to the Audit Committee of The Board of Trustees.  This office monitors and coordinates the university’s many existing compliance efforts, assesses university-wide performance and provides senior leadership and the audit committee with an independent, comprehensive view of the university’s compliance activities.

You may report compliance concerns and violations to your immediate supervisor or department head. Alternatively, WashU has combined its Compliance and Human Resources reporting methods to create a single reporting hotline to confidentially report on select concerns or suspected violations of university policies. The hotline is administered by an independent company, NAVEX Global, which has been contracted by WashU. Concerns about the workplace may be reported through the Washington University Reporting Hotline (wustl.ethicspoint.com/) or by calling 1-844-484-5957. The University Compliance Office telephone line has no caller identification or number recognition, and reports may be made anonymously to this number, if the caller so desires.

For matters dealing with specific compliance areas, please refer to the Code of Conduct for contact names and numbers.
