Employees have a responsibility to report activities that are inconsistent with University policies or legal requirements for billing of professional services. Billing concerns may be submitted in writing to the Director of the Office of Physician Billing Compliance as listed below. Reports may be anonymous and will be held in strictest confidence. Employees who report a billing concern in good faith will not be subjected to retaliation or harassment. If a concern about retaliatory behavior should arise, please report it immediately to the University Compliance Officer or Dean of the Medical School.
Although issues of non-compliance may be reported by telephone, written reports are preferred. A special reporting form for suspected noncompliance is available and can be accessed by clicking on the icon below.
