Parkway Apartments is a great place to live with a lot of character and historical charm. It is right across from the Euclid Garage, which has access to The Link so you do not even have to walk outside to get to and from school each day. The staff are very responsive to maintenance requests and reply to emails very quickly. The apartment itself is really quiet and is very close to Whole Foods as well as many restaurants and bars, making it easy to live here without a car. All of the appliances in the kitchens are new stainless-steel, and most bathrooms are newly renovated as of 2019 (new bathtubs and toilets). One of the downsides of this apartment is that the laundry is coin operated ($1.50 for wash, $1.50 to dry), but the machines are always available for use. Another potential downside is that there are no common spaces to host events. Overall, the location and price of Parkway Apartments is ideal.
