Lofts@Euclid has been a great place to live. The building was gutted and re-finished in the last few years, so everything is very new and nice. The windows are enormous and my apartment has hardwood floors. My apartment is just over 600 square feet but it feels bigger because the ceilings are almost 13-feet high. The larger units have in-unit laundry, but since I have a smaller unit, I share a laundry room with a couple other people on my floor (each floor has their own laundry room). The only cons are that it’s a little pricey and a far walk to school. All the utilities except for electricity are included though. It’s about a 20-minute walk to school, which was nice when it was warm out. I got a parking pass when it got cold, which is $77 per month in the Clayton garage behind FLTC. Overall, I’d recommend Lofts@Euclid if you’re cool with being a little farther away.
