I found out about Parc Frontenac online, and one of their leasing agents was able to take videos of multiple different units for me to view because I was out-of-state. Pros: Units are quite spacious (my one-bedroom can host ~10 friends in the living room), the air conditioning works well, hardwood floors, management responds to work orders very quickly, closer to many restaurants/bars compared to on-campus housing, across the street from other apartments popular amongst medical students, and a 10-minute straight walk to campus. Cons: Rent is more expensive than some nearby options (but if you’re coming from a city like NYC/Boston/SF like I was, it’s relatively reasonable, in my opinion). Overall, I’ve loved my experience with Parc Frontenac so far and plan on staying next year, as well. Feel free to send any questions my way!
