Parking: Available through WUSM Parking and Transportation; 818 lot (uncovered, located in front of The Core) is $84/mo. and Clayton garage (covered, five minute walk from CORE) is $79/mo.

Walk: Less than five minutes, door-to-door

I decided during the apartment tours over Second Look weekend that I wanted to live at the CORE. The convenience simply couldn’t be matched. It takes less than five minutes for me to get to class each day and it’s right next to the gym! The units are all very new and 100% of utilities, cable, internet, etc. are all included, so the price you see is what you pay. The staff are all very friendly and have been very easy to work with. After the first semester, I already decided that I definitely will be living here next year, too. Hope to see you here!
