We are so excited to welcome two new lab members to our lab!
Aditi Maduskar graduated with a PhD in Neuroscience from IISER, Pune. For her doctoral thesis she used zebrafish as a model system to investigate the signal transduction mechanisms that underlie neuropeptidergic regulatoin of feeding behaviour and associated modalities. In Chen lab, she aims to use biosensors and advanced microscopy techniques to monitor in real time how cellular context shapes the dynamic interaction of neuromodulators and their downstream signaling pathways, leading to differential response of neural networks.
Christian Monroy Hernandez, a MSTP student, recently decided to join our lab for his Ph.D thesis work.
