  • Abstract submissions to be considered as student talk: due Tuesday, Feb 28th, 2023
  • We welcome abstract and poster submissions from undergraduate students, graduate students, trainees, research assistants/associates, and postdoctoral researchers from all departments conducting imaging science research. Please indicate in the abstract submission if you would like your abstract to be considered for a short talk or a poster, or only a poster. A review committee will then select a subset of abstracts for short talks.

  • Awards
    • The highest-scoring posters from will be awarded a certificate and prize.
    • Posters scored by faculty on a five-point scale in the following categories:
      • Aesthetics and Clarity— the arrangement of the poster and selection of graphics and how well the poster conveys the research in question
      • Content— how well the poster and presentation explain the research in question and the role of imaging science in research
      • Presentation— the ability to generate and maintain audience interest with effective communication and the ability to answer follow-up questions
