Each year, the Imaging Science Pathway hosts a retreat to bring the imaging science community together and showcase the exciting research at the Washington University in St. Louis.
2025 Retreat
Abstract deadline has been extended to Wednesday, March 12th!
Date: Friday, March 28th, 2025, 1 PM – 6:30 PM CST
All talks, the poster session, and the reception are in person at the Eric P. Newman Education Center (EPNEC).
Registration deadline is Wednesday, March 26th, 2025 at 11:59 PM CST.
- We welcome abstract and poster submissions from undergraduate students, graduate students, trainees, research assistants/associates, and postdoctoral researchers from all departments conducting imaging science research. Please indicate in the abstract submission if you would like your abstract to be considered for a short talk and a poster, or only a poster. A review committee will then select a subset of abstracts for short talks.
