Saptarshi is a Research Programmer in the CCP Lab. He has a BTech in Engineering from India and two M.S. degrees in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and Indiana University. Before joining the CCP lab under Dr. Deanna Barch to assist with research programming tasks for fMRI projects, he worked at the Robotics Institute at CMU, the Cognitive Science program at IU, the CEOAS department at Oregon State University, and the EECE department at WashU. His research interest broadly focuses on applying engineering principles to solving problems in physical and life sciences.
