Joshua Kiyingi is a statistician by training. He holds a Master of Statistics and Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Economics from Makerere University. He was the field study coordinator for the SMART Africa Uganda and Kyaterekera Studies under International Center for Child Health and Development before joining Brown School MPH PhD program. He has previously worked on USAID’s Sustainable Outcomes for Children and Youth Project under Reach the Youth Uganda and his research interests include child behavioral health, youth and women livelihood in Sub Saharan Africa.
