User Guides are available to help you use Learn@Work. The guides provide detailed instructions on the most frequently used tasks and features of the system. Each guide is designed to provide support to a specific group of users.
- The Learning Administrator Guide is for Learning Administrators who create and maintain courses and training materials in Learn@Work. Two additional guides cover advanced Learning Administration topics:
- The Assessments User Guide provides instructions on creating tests or quizzes and surveys.
- The Curriculum and Certification User Guide explains how to build and manage curricula and certifications.
- The General User Guide is for all learners, everyone who has basic access to the system. It explains how to find and complete training.
- The Reporting User Guide is for Reporting Administrators who run reports in Learn@Work.
