Welcome to the website of the Plasma Technology Laboratory at WashU!
We do research that is focused on electrified chemical processing for applications in material synthesis, waste-to-energy, and environmental remediation. Our research interests span aerosols, nanomaterials for optoelectronic and structural applications, thermodynamics, and molecular conversions. On the research page you will find some specific projects that are currently active. Our funding comes from the National Science Foundation, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Defense.
