Raymond Phillips earned his MSW with a concentration in American Indian/Alaskan Native communities and is a member of the Ponca, Omaha, and Santee Sioux Tribes of Nebraska. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous & American Studies, emphasis in Social Welfare from Haskell Indian Nations University in 2017. He plans to return home and work with his tribe, the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska, at the intersection of behavioral health and substance abuse. He is interested in developing strategic goals, implementing them through ongoing management, and overseeing monitoring and evaluation processes.
