Shandiin Begay

Shandiin Begay is a second year MSW student and a member of the Navajo Nation. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico. Her concentration is in American Indian and Alaska Native with an interest in Violence and Injury Prevention. Shandiin plans to work directly with women, men and children who are victims of violence and implement prevention programs.
