Savannah Nieshe

Savannah Nieshe is a first year MSW student with a concentration in American Indian and Alaska Native Studies. She graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Indigenous and American Indian Studies from Haskell Indian Nations University in the spring of 2024. Savannah is an enrolled member of Tlingit and Haida and the Sealaska Corporation. She has worked as a Childrens Mental Health Support Specialist in Alaska which inspired her to continue her academic journey into the field of social work. She hopes to explore the clinical, policy, and management side of social work while at WashU and obtain her LCSW after graduation.
