Chase Bryer is a member of the Chickasaw Nation and will receive his MSW with a concentration in American Indian/Alaska Native. He graduated with a BA in Human Rights and Media and a minor in International Studies from the University of Oklahoma. Chase’s research interests include historical trauma, culturally responsive practice, and Indigenous LGBTQ+ and Two-Spirit protection and resilience. After completion of his MSW, he will continue his studies at Brown University where he will pursue a Ph.D. in Behavioral and Social Health Science.
