Rachel is an MSTP student in her 3rd year of graduate school in the biomedical engineering department. She studies peritoneal ovarian cancer metastasis in Dr. Gwen Randolph’s lab and hopes to become a surgeon focused on female malignancies. As the community engagement chair, she is excited to extend our outreach activities to promote women in science and women’s health. Outside the lab, Rachel enjoys taking Orangetheory fitness classes and playing with her scientist cats Archimedes and Galileo.
