Victoria Banas

Victoria received her B.S. in Chemistry from New York University in 2017 and joined the Wencewicz lab in December that same year. Her current research focuses on the development of synthetic strategies en route to the total synthesis of siderophores and siderophore analogs. Outside of the lab, Victoria enjoys eating sushi, reading, and baking for friends and family. Victoria’s favorite (potential) antibiotic is OxPreA.
