Liz is synthesizing siderophore virulence factors produced by Acinetobacter baumannii for use in characterizing the multiple iron-transport pathways present in this Gram-negative pathogen. Outside of the lab, Liz enjoys spending time with her family. Liz’s favorite antibiotic is amoxicillin.
