Has researched cosmic rays for more than 20 years, since he assisted with the TIGER experiment as an undergraduate and graduate student. As a postdoc and research scientist, was part of the SuperTIGER group that received a NASA group achievement award in 2014. Now PI for SuperTIGER-II, and leads Washington University’s participation in CALET. Contributed to four CALET beam tests at CERN, as well as modeling and simulation efforts, and is analyzing CALET UHGCR data with Dr. Bob Binns. Institution PI on the ANITA experiment searching for the highest energy neutrinos and ultra-heavy cosmic rays.
