Food Service
Olin offers a variety of dining outlets to suit your needs. The third floor of Bauer Hall is home to a full service Starbucks and Bauer Cafe. Knight Center houses The Bear Public House on the first floor and The Anheuser-Busch Dining Hall on the third floor. (Reservations encouraged for the A-B Dining Hall: 314-933-9400.)

Catering
Knight Hall and Bauer Hall
In general, Olin Departments must use the catering services provided by the Knight Center management team. Catering of alcoholic beverages must be arranged through The Knight Center staff.

Simon Hall
Although we strongly encourage Olin departments to utilize our partners at FLIK Hospitality Group via the Knight Center catering team, departments are free to engage the caterer of their choice for all food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) in Simon Hall. For alcoholic beverages, the caterer must procure a temporary liquor license if they will provide and/or serve alcohol. The event planner should discuss this arrangement with the caterer to ensure that proper licenses have been acquired.
Knight Center
All catering in the Knight Center must be arranged through the Knight Center Management. No outside caterers can be used. Contact The Knight Center Management team by clicking here.
