The Olin Safety & Risk Management Steering Committee was formed in 2008, with sponsorship from the dean of Olin Business School, to facilitate a sustained organizational culture at Olin and Olin’s partners, where safety is a top priority.

The committee apprises Olin leadership on key safety and risk management matters to facilitate awareness and involvement in issues and prompt necessary actions for change. The committee also serves as a coordinated body and voice on these issues within Olin and with appropriate offices at Washington University.

DEPARTMENT SAFETY REPS

Olin department safety reps are trained in CPR by the American Red Cross and on basic Olin safety standards and procedures. Department Safety Reps serve as a conduit for referring safety concerns to the steering committee and are available to assist you on what to do in emergency situations.
