Cancellation Policy
If Guest cancels the reservation on or before 30 days prior to Guest’s scheduled arrival, Guest’s full pre-payment will be refunded. If Guest cancels within 30 days prior to Guest’s scheduled arrival, Guest’s pre-payment will be refunded minus a cancellation fee of $200.
Checking into Campus Housing
Summer Programs and Conference Services office is located behind Bear Necessities. The office hours are Monday-Saturday 9:00 am to midnight and Sunday from noon to midnight. If arriving outside of these hours, call WUPD : 314-935-5555 and they will alert on call staff.
