- Regular Registration: May 16 – June 23
- Late Registration: June 24 – July 7

Registration Includes
- Admission to all sessions, poster displays and exhibitions
- Opening Reception, July 23 in McKelvey Engineering Buildings

Refund Policy
- Cancellation before May 1- full refund
- Cancellation between May 1 and 6 weeks before conference (June 14)- refund minus a $100 processing fee
- Cancellation after June 14- no refund
