Do you have what it takes to be a McKelvey Engineering Learning Ally?
We are currently seeking staff to join a special cohort called Learning Allies. Ideally, this group will be made up of motivated, ready to learn staff who will promote curiosity and development in our school.
What does it mean to be an ally of learning?
Promote learning by being an active, curious student in the McKelvey Engineering and University community.
Talk to peers about learning opportunities and how to access them.
Utilize Just-In-Time learning and make others aware of resources to improve skills on a daily basis.
Attend in-person HR courses and other classroom opportunities.
Seek out social learning events such as the University-wide “Learning Week” and network with colleagues.
Attend Learning Ally meetings once a month to share new innovative ideas and ways to curate learning experiences.
