In addition to OTMs, Luminescence also awards the annual Luminescence First-Year Student Award, as well as the Larissa Malmstadt Distinguished Service Award for a senior at Washington University in St. Louis.
The First Year Student Award recognizes dedication to bettering residents of the community through service and spirit.
The Larissa Malmstadt award recognizes four years of service to Residential Life and its residents and excellence at Washington University. Seniors who have dedicated at least four full years of leadership service to Residential Life may be nominated. This can include Congress of the South 40, WUSA, The North Side Association, Luminescence Honorary, and RA.
