Graduates who indicated that they are participating in their commencement ceremony virtually received the following email communication today.
Good afternoon, virtual graduates:
You are receiving this email because you have indicated that you will be participating in your Commencement ceremony virtually.
You will be able to join us virtually on Francis Olympic Field. We have created a special Zoom link for you to join your classmates during your ceremony at the conferral of degrees portion of the program towards the end of the ceremony. You will be featured LIVE on the big screen. This will require you to use two devices: one for watching the livestream and one to participate in the Zoom. Please note that the Zoom will be live, and any inappropriate or offensive behavior, signage, or clothing will result in your screen being turned off. To access the live Zoom at your scheduled ceremony start time, please click the button.
All ceremonies will be livestreamed on the Commencement website. We encourage your family, friends, and loved ones to also tune in to watch. Additional registration is not required. Since the ceremonies also are being recorded, they will be available for viewing on the Commencement website after the event.
