Regalia
Regalia will be available for pickup starting on Monday, May 17 through Wednesday, May 19 from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the Mudd Field study tent on the Danforth Campus. Graduates also may pickup regalia on the day of their ceremony starting at 7 a.m. Regalia must be returned by Friday, May 21 at 9 p.m. Regalia can be dropped off at the Mudd Field study tent or on the east end of campus at the Busch Hall tent or the Jubel Hall tent. Please refer to the map for regalia drop-off locations.
Self-Screening
Graduates, guests, staff, and vendors are required to follow all health requirements, including wearing masks, physical distancing, and completing the university’s wellness screening prior to arrival. The self-screen tool for visitors is available at visitorscreening.wustl.edu. The self-screen tool for students, faculty, and staff is available at screening.wustl.edu. You will be required to present a screenshot or printout of your completed self-screening at check-in.
Graduate Check-in
Graduates should arrive and check in at Mudd Field 30 minutes prior to their scheduled ceremony start time. Graduates will be required to present their GradPass and self-screening at check-in by displaying them on a mobile device. The GradPass can be accessed on Marching Order through the “Print GradPass” button. An electronic version will open and printing is not necessary. University volunteer ambassadors will be on-site to assist graduates with check-in and processional lineup.
Guest Check-in
Registered guests are welcome to arrive at Francis Olympic Field 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony they are attending. Guests will need to provide a form of identification, their wellness screening, and their ticket in order to be allowed onto the field. It is up to the graduate to send tickets to their guests via the Marching Order platform. As a reminder, you may access the registration site and email your guest tickets by logging in with your WUSTL key and password.
Livestream Ceremony
All ceremonies will be livestreamed, recorded, and available on the Commencement website. Family, friends, and loved ones are welcome to watch. Registration is not required.
Visitor Policy
Graduates and their two registered guests will be allowed on campus on the day of their ceremony. The Danforth Campus will remain closed to outside visitors in the days leading up to the ceremonies. If you have any questions, additional information is available in our Danforth Campus visitor protocol.
Photography
For those of you who signed up for professional photography, please find your assigned photo station and appointment time by referring to your confirmation email, which you received upon submission of registration. Registration for professional photography is closed. Plan to arrive and check in with the volunteer ambassador at your photo station 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. In addition, there will be self-serve photo stations where you are welcome to take photos with your registered guests. Please check the attached map for locations of the self-serve and professional photo stations.
Accessibility
There is a drop-off lane at Olympian Way and Forsyth Boulevard that we recommend for individuals with accessibility needs. In addition, we will have wheelchairs available for checkout at each garage and the drop-off lane. There are no steps in or around Francis Olympic Field.
