Andrew Sentoogo Ssemata is currently a PhD scholar at the Department of Psychiatry, College of Health Sciences at Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda. He holds a MSc. Health Psychology from Aston University, Birmingham UK. He has a great passion for child and adolescent mental health research in low resource settings. His research interest is the transitioning from pediatric to adult HIV care services and its impact on adherence, immediate and long-term mental health and wellbeing for adolescents in Uganda.
