WashULaw BLSA’s Annual Banquet pays homage to alumni and community leaders, who have excelled in the legal profession. This year’s theme stems from the Black Renaissance movement in the 1920s. Echoing this period, we seek to acknowledge the past Afrocentric cultural movement and celebrate the rich cross-disciplinary cultural activity among Black Americans 100 years later by celebrating he accomplishments of distinguished Black attorneys and award scholarships to Black students in the St. Louis community.

The event will be held at 3901 Shaw Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63110 from 6:30PM – 10:30PM (Central Standard Time). Formal attire (with a 1920s flair) is requested but not required.

Additional Reminders
Parking at the venue is limited. Due to this limitation and potential alcohol consumption, we encourage you to use ride-share or carpool with a friend/colleague who is a designated driver. However, if you do decide to drive there will be parking at St. Margaret of Scotland School after 7PM CST.
Directions to St. Margaret School: Proceed down south 39th Street and it will be located on Castleman Avenue between 39th and Lawrence Street.
