The Collegiate Chess League (CCL) is an online team chess tournament pitting universities against one another in some fast-paced blitz action! Hosted by Chess.com, the tournament attracts schools from around the world, making it a truly exhilarating experience.
This semester, the WashU Chess Club put in four teams (A, B, C, D) to compete in CCL, each competing in their respective rating divisions. Teams A, B, and D all made it to the quarterfinals, with the B team placing third place!
