Graduate Students
Christopher Broyles joined the lab in 2020 . He is from Prairie Village, Kansas, and received his B.S. degree in Physics from Denison University. Prior to Wash U, Christopher has done undergraduate research on Calcite Crystal growth at Kansas State University and the Biomechanics of Baseball Pitching at Denison University.
Zackary Rehfuss joined the group in 2022. He is from Big Bear Lake, California and he received his B.S. degree in physics from the University of California, San Diego. Zack’s previous research while at UCSD was on quantum criticality and quantum phase transitions by means of physical property measurements under high pressure and low temperature. Outside of the lab, Zack enjoys mountaineering, cooking and playing the guitar.
Shannon Gould joined the group in 2023.

Undergraduate Students
Jenny Lin is an undergraduate student from Electrical Engineer. Jenny joined the group in 2022.
Paul is an undergraduate student. He is from Miami, Florida and is currently planning to major in Computer Science and Economics. He has a deep interest in physics, and outside of the lab has a passion for the environment and photography.
Althena Zhu is an undergraduate student from Chemistry.
David Martinez (马大卫) is an undergraduate student from chemical engineer. David joined the group in 2023.
Jack Wu is an undergraduate student from Math. Jack joined in the group in 2022.
Ken Guo is an undergraduate student from Electrical Engineer. Ken joined the group in 2023.
