In this report, the RDRC Responsible Physician is to provide the number of subjects studied during the quarter, and the cumulative number of subjects studied.
The quarterly report forms are sent by email to the RDRC Responsible Physicians and their respective coordinators at the end of each calendar year quarter (March, June, September, December).
