Andrew Knight is Vice Dean for Education & Globalization and Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. Knight’s research and teaching address leadership, teamwork, and people analytics, with a special focus on the contexts of healthcare and entrepreneurship.
Before joining Washington University in St. Louis, Knight led research and product development at Pascal Metrics Inc.—a provider of risk analytics in healthcare—from its founding through 2010. He is an alumnus of the University of Dayton (BA in Psychology and Spanish), the University of Maryland (MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology), and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School (MS, PhD in Managerial Science and Applied Economics).
