The St.Louis Mardi Gras is an annual tradition and it really has gone to the dogs! In 2012, the Guinness Book of World Records recognized the annual pet parade as the most significant number of costumed dogs in one place. Mardi Gras events being on January 6, 2023, and complete on February 21, 2023.
