Urogynecology Research

Our basic science research investigates the role for estrogen signaling and therapy in the management of urinary tract infections in postmenopausal women, as well as urinary microbiome studies in postmenopausal women.

Through surgical trials and patient-reported outcomes, our clinical research seeks better understanding of female pelvic conditions and their impact on patients’ lives, as well as improving treatment.
