Lunar meteorite (feldspathic breccia)

Petrography: (J. Gattacceca, CEREGE) Igneous rock made of mineral and melt rock lithic clasts set in a feldspathic glassy matrix with abundant vacuoles to 200 µm. Ilmenite and metal are present.

Geochemistry: Olivine Fa22.2, FeO/MnO 101.4 (n=1). Pyroxene Fs28.7±6.7Wo8.3±4.7, FeO/MnO = 57.2 (n=4). Plagioclase An95.1Ab4.6Or0.2 (n=2). Chromite Cr# 0.61.

Classification: Lunar meteorite (Feldspathic breccia).

Specimens: Type specimen (2.0 g) at CEREGE. Main mass with Kuntz.

I have not studied Northwest Africa 14531 and 14532. I assume that they are paired from the purchase dates and places, similar descriptions, and same purchaser.
