Volunteer Opportunity: Join West End Residents to Paint a Street Mural

Join this initiative to calm traffic, improve safety, add color, fun, and community involvement to the streets of the West End Neighborhood on Hamilton Avenue. Sam Fox Students contributed to preliminary project work in the Community Design Sprints course. The event will be held outside, so please appropriately dress for the weather. Supplies will be provided. No experience necessary to participate. Masking is optional, but recommended. If you are unwell or experiencing even mild symptoms, stay home and rest-up. Bloomberg Philanthropies Asphalt Art Initiative is funding the West End Neighborhood's Asphalt Art Project. Project partners include: St. Louis ArtWorks, Alderwoman Shameen Clark Hubbard, The City of St. Louis, Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts, Trailnet, West End South CID, and Great Rivers Greenway.
