The inaugural issue of Region Journal was released February 2020 and are currently in the process of building issue02! The theme is “Firsts” and the deadline is June 30. They take submissions of any kind but are particularly interested in writing (interviews, op-eds, prose, narrative (non)fiction, targeted pieces on politics/history), photography (portraits, old family/vacation photos, whatever is in your camera roll), and illustration.
This is an opportunity for an opportunity for storytellers, writers, visual artists, or anyone who wants to be involved (specifically if you identify with migrant/refugee/diaspora experiences)!
