The New Harmony Project has been hosting writers for stage and screen at our annual 10-day residency in New Harmony, Indiana since 1986. We are looking for a Visual Media Intern for our spring Residency. This intern would help us with photo and video coverage for use in social media and fundraising materials. We provide a structured learning opportunity through observerships and hands-on ownership of administrative duties in addition to a stipend and full room and board. We are seeking Photography students (or anyone else in your Studio Art program who might be interested), current and recent. We’re trying to include a broader range of ages and experiences so recent grads or any other early-career artists you know are welcome to apply, too.
We provide a general stipend of $400, a travel stipend, dormitory-style housing with a private bedroom, and 3 meals per day.
