The Windermere Place Association is seeking support to develop a cul-de-sac at the western edge of the street, where there is an existing dead end that is extremely difficult to navigate. The bloc, which features homes on the historic register, is hoping to engage an architect or an engineer to develop site plans, renderings, and cost estimates to support the alderwoman and the neighborhood association in implementing this project.
