Sapana Bansod, PhD

Sapana’s research is centered on investigating the intrinsic role of TAK1 kinase in regulating the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) in pancreatic cancer. Her work aims to identify novel combination therapies that integrate TAK1 kinase inhibition with immunotherapy to enhance treatment efficacy for pancreatic cancer.

Ashenafi Bulle, PhD

Postdoctoral Fellow

My research project mainly focuses on identifying adaptive mechanisms in Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) in response to KRAS-MAPK inhibitors and exploring potential combinatory drugs that synergize with KRAS-MAPK inhibitors.

Timothy Chen

Staff Scientist

Tim is working on understanding the impact of MAPK pathway activation  on immune escape in pancreatic cancer.
