Maryssa is a fourth year doctoral candidate and is leading our group’s environmental noise monitoring including low-cost sensor evaluation and spatial and temporal analyses.  She also received a Graduate Fellowship from the Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP) to characterize ultrafine particle (UFP) ground-level concentrations  resulting from aircraft emissions during approach and climbout operations.

Her current work is focused on deployments in Louisville (KY) as part of the Green Heart Louisville project and the Louisville Superfund Research Center.
