Stage managers for respective shows will contribute to the grading of your run crew assignment.
The following is a list and description of the grading criteria:
Punctuality
The crew member arrived on time and remained on call for the proper duration of all calls. Any absences/tardiness were pre-approved.
Protocol/Etiquette
The crew member maintained a safe working environment for themselves and others by dressing and using all tools appropriately. The crew member treated the backstage area as a workplace and refrained from unprofessional behavior.
Professionalism
The crew member fulfilled all tasks as required and up to proper standards. The crew member demonstrated proper work ethic and contributed to the overall technical success in the run. The crew member could be trusted to perform all tasks as required.
Attitude
The crew member arrived each call with a good attitude, bringing his/her best work and leaving personal issues or issues with colleagues behind. The crew member was pleasant to work with.
Teamwork
The crew member worked well with others to accomplish their tasks.
